• Conversation Content: Messages exchanged with the AI assistant.

  • •Voluntarily Provided Information: Name, email, or phone number only if the visitor chooses to share them (e.g., when booking a meeting).
  • •Session Data: Language preference and timezone for proper widget functionality.
  • •Anonymous Identifier: A device-based identifier to recognize returning visitors on that specific website only.

For Website Visitors: Since visitor data is anonymous by default (identified only by device), we may not be able to verify your identity or locate your specific data. If you provided your email during a conversation, contact the business directly or email us at privacy@okidoki.chat and we'll do our best to assist.

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
